We’re looking for someone who can think strategically about social while also being responsible for creating content and bringing strong social-first video editing skills.
In this role, you’ll have a chance to rewrite the playbook for B2B social media. You’ll partner with the Director of Content and Storytelling on social strategy and lead execution across Cority’s organic channels. You’ll be hands-on with content creation (recording/smart phone shooting, editing, and experimenting with video and other native formats) to drive awareness, build trust, and strengthen our point of view. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, executives, and creatives to bring timely, relevant content to life in a way that resonates with our audience.
You’ll be responsible for building a social presence that reflects our brand personality, elevates internal voices, and turns campaigns into conversations. Success will require both strategic instincts and executional chops, including scroll-stopping visuals, sharp copy, and social-first video storytelling that ties to measurable business impact.

Create the majority of Cority’s social content, with a strong focus on short-form, social-first videoDevelop and test experimental content formats that are bold and engagingBring campaigns to life through original content that educates, entertains, and builds brand memoryFacilitate content capture at in-person events and quarterly content-batching sessions with key internal playersStoryboard, shoot, and edit social-first short form video content, while occasionally collaborating with freelance editors to extend capacity when neededExecute and evolve Cority’s social media strategy
Work closely with the Director of Content and Storytelling to own and refine Cority’s organic social strategy (LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Threads, Reddit; potentially IG/TikTok)Align social content with brand, demand generation, product marketing, and campaign prioritiesGrow Cority’s share of voice in relevant platforms and identify emerging social spaces where our audience is gatheringTrack, analyze, and report on performance across all organic social channels using platform analytics, campaign tracking, and share of voice reportingUse performance data to continuously optimize content formats, posting cadence, and engagement strategies, and share actionable insights with brand, campaign, and demand generation teamsAmplify internal voices across the funnel

You Might Be a Fit If You
Can confidently create and edit short-form video and other social-first content for social platforms, and have the willingness to continue sharpening your skills in this areaAre fluent in social-first thinking and know how to turn technical ideas into compelling, conversational contentHave 3 to 6 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital storytelling in B2B environmentsAre comfortable partnering with executives and SMEs to develop their voice and influenceUnderstand how to position social as a two-way brand and audience touchpoint, not just a distribution channelAre curious, strategic, creative, and energized by a high-trust, high-impact environmentAre comfortable using analytics tools to make decisions and can connect social media performance to measurable business outcomesBonus Points If You
