A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer (L3/SME).
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the senior technical point of contact for customer issues escalated by the 2nd level support
Resolve assigned cases within SLAs and act as a liaison between customers and various internal teams
Mentor 2nd tier personnel and analyze recurring issues to enhance support processes

Required Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in technical support
Proficient in analyzing and troubleshooting complex technical issues
Knowledge of web technologies, protocols, and SQL
Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics is preferred
Experience with SaaS/Cloud infrastructure and backend systems
