As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be the bridge between product development and market success. You'll own the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, messaging, and customer engagement initiatives. Your work will directly influence product adoption, revenue growth, and brand perception.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead product marketing and drive adoption through strategic planning and execution.
- Positioning & Messaging: Develop compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks tailored to target audiences.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis, customer interviews, and market trend evaluations to inform strategy.
- Sales Enablement: Create sales tools, training materials, and collateral to support the sales team.
- Campaign Management: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and campaign effectiveness, using insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Customer Advocacy: Build relationships with customers to gather feedback and amplify product success stories.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, start-up, preferably in tech or SaaS.
- Proven success in marketing and scaling products.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and project management platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
