A company is looking for a Call Center Representative / Pharmacy Tech Support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide initial support for customer requests via various communication channels
Quickly assess user issues and provide first-level support for problem resolution
Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate area
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Pharmacy Technician experience required
HIPAA certified
Call center experience required (3+ years preferred)
Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
