Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems
Manage and resolve IT service requests and incidents while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a Tier 2 capacity
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related experience
Proven experience in IT support, ticketing systems, and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and enterprise applications
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management best practices
Proficiency in endpoint, server management, and network configuration
