A company is looking for an HR Support Center Representative I to serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications regarding HR inquiries such as benefits and policies
Update and maintain employee records in the HRIS accurately and confidentially
Provide guidance on HR processes including onboarding, employee relations, and benefits enrollment
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
1-2 years of Customer Service/Call Center experience required; 0-1 year of Human Resources experience preferred
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is beneficial
Proficient computer skills, including HRIS and Microsoft Office
Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred
