A company is looking for a Global Vice President of Sales Development.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead a global team of SDR leaders and contributors focused on inbound and outbound sales
Drive the global strategy for Sales Development, including organizational design and pipeline contribution
Define and execute standardized processes and training programs to enhance pipeline generation
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in Sales Development or Sales leadership roles
Demonstrated success in leading global teams in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environments
Proven ability to scale SDR functions and create repeatable pipeline generation engines
Strong understanding of demand generation and pipeline metrics
Executive presence with the ability to represent Sales Development at senior leadership levels
