A company is looking for a Director of Learning Services.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the learning services strategy for academic and enterprise customers
Lead the Learning Services Operations team to ensure efficient program execution and learner support
Develop and manage a holistic content strategy for academic learning curriculum and partnerships
Required Qualifications
8-12 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven success in managing learning operations and enterprise learning systems
Experience in content strategy and vendor/partner management
Strong knowledge of learning technologies, preferably including LearnUpon, QuestionMark, and Rise
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
