Key Responsibilities
Define and evolve customer engagement models and adoption best practices
Manage and coach a high-performing team to drive product adoption
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer engagement processes
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Customer Success or related fields, with 4+ years in leadership
Experience leading teams in multi-product SAAS environments
Strong understanding of customer success methodologies and user adoption best practices
K12, Government, or Public sector experience required
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
