Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve customer requests related to bank products and services
Contact potential customers and maintain professional customer support
Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experiences and resolve issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of one year of customer service experience required, preferably in banking or financial institutions
Previous contact center experience preferred
Previous sales experience preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including non-traditional hours
