Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve customer requests related to bank products and services
Contact potential customers and provide professional customer support
Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve service processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of one year of customer service experience required; banking or financial institution experience preferred
Previous contact center experience preferred
Previous sales experience preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including non-traditional holidays
