A company is looking for a BDR Manager for the Americas region.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead the Business Development Team to achieve targets for sourcing and qualifying leads
Conduct training for new team members and facilitate regular performance check-ins and meetings
Monitor team activity and KPIs, optimizing processes to enhance productivity and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
4-5 years of experience in a professional, customer-facing environment, preferably in SaaS sales
Proven experience in managing teams to meet or exceed activity and revenue targets
Bachelor's degree
Experience with CRM systems and email outreach programs, ideally Salesloft
Strong understanding of best practices for Business Development Teams
