A company is looking for a Business Development Team Manager to lead their team of Business Development Representatives across the UKI and Benelux markets.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs focused on pipeline creation for the UKI & Benelux territories
Oversee and optimize inbound and outbound sales processes, implementing best practices across the team
Analyze performance metrics and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to drive campaign strategies and improve conversion rates

Required Qualifications

4-6 years of experience leading sales or BDR/SDR teams in a SaaS environment
Proven success in managing inbound demand and outbound prospecting strategies
Strong track record in coaching and developing talent to exceed KPIs
Deep understanding of sales tech stacks, including Salesforce and related tools
Familiarity with the UKI and Benelux markets, with a nuanced understanding of cultural and commercial dynamics
