Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced level support for multiple complex line-of-business applications
Manage incidents related to applications and perform advanced troubleshooting
Collaborate with business resources to identify process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Application Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Two years of experience in supporting business applications
Experience in software installation and upgrade coordination
Experience in user training and testing collaboration
Ability to substitute additional work experience for educational requirements on a year-for-year basis
